Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia and only with the prior written approval of the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to request supporting documents, photos, or video materials that confirm the grounds for the return or exchange of the product.

A return or exchange is only possible if the product has not been used, has not been tested in operating/working conditions, has no damage or signs of wear, remains in a resalable condition, and is returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, documents, and certificates (if applicable).

Products imported under an individual/pre-order request or with specific technical requirements are not subject to return or exchange, except in cases of a proven significant manufacturing defect. In such cases, the Seller may require official confirmation of the defect, such as a statement from the manufacturer or an independent expert evaluation.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met, or if the request does not comply with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

The procedure, terms, and conditions for returns or exchanges are regulated by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
