This section outlines the main terms for using the website, obtaining product information, and placing an order.
By continuing to use the website and contacting the Seller, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The information about products presented on the website (descriptions, images, technical specifications, and pricing details) is provided for informational purposes only.

1.2. It is not possible to make a direct purchase or payment on the website. An order is accepted and processed only after confirmation by the Seller.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend or update these Terms by publishing the updated version on the website. The new version becomes effective upon publication.

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

2.1. To place an order, the Buyer may contact the Seller using the contact details provided on the website (telephone, email, or message).

2.2. Order details — final price, product availability, delivery terms and timelines — are agreed with the Seller individually.

2.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse order confirmation if the product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable for any other reason.

2.4. For legal entities, the Seller may provide a commercial offer, invoice, and, if necessary, a contract upon request.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Prices are not published on the website. The final price of the product is provided and confirmed by the Seller's representative.

3.2. Payment may be made using the methods offered by the Seller: bank transfer, cash payment, or any other method agreed in advance.

3.3. Payment is considered completed once the funds have been received in the Seller's bank account (unless otherwise agreed by the parties).

4. Delivery and Acceptance of Goods

4.1. Delivery is arranged under the agreed terms and carried out to the specified address or to a previously agreed collection point.

4.2. Delivery cost and timelines depend on the destination, type of order, and chosen delivery method.

4.3. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must inspect the goods. In case of damage or discrepancy with the order, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 24 hours and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

4.4. The Seller is not responsible for damage to the goods after they have been handed over to the delivery service or to the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

5. Returns and Exchanges (strict conditions)

5.1. Returns or exchanges are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and only with prior approval from the Seller.

5.2. A return or exchange is only possible if all of the following conditions are met:

• a) the product has not been used;
• b) the product is undamaged;
• c) the original packaging, complete set, and presentation are preserved.

5.3. Products made to order or specially imported at the Buyer's request are non-returnable, except in the case of a proven substantial manufacturing defect.

5.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the conditions stated in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 are not met.

5.5. Return shipping costs (both directions), as well as any additional expenses, shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Personal data provided by the Buyer is used solely for order processing, administration, and fulfilment.

6.2. Data may be shared only with third parties whose involvement is necessary for order fulfilment (e.g., delivery service) and shall not be used for any other purposes.

7. Rights and Restrictions

7.1. The website content (including text, images, design, and other materials) is protected by copyright and may not be used without the Seller's written permission.

7.2. The Seller reserves the right to temporarily limit access to the website due to technical or other necessary reasons (e.g., maintenance, updates, security).
