Lisberg LIV Level transmitter isolation ball Valve Series TIV are designed for line isolation or shut-off in instrumentation applications, suitable for pressures up to 6000 psi. Available in sizes from ¼” to 1”, these valves offer threaded connections and are constructed from a variety of materials, catering to diverse industry needs. Designed to isolate processes from electronic level transmitters. It features flushing connections on both sides of the ball for easy maintenance and cleaning. Combines shut off, purge ring and reduced cavity in one valve.
- The valve body is machined from a round bar stock material in different steel grades.
- The valve is mounted between flanges. The valve can be mounted to the vessel with stud bolts.
- The valve spindle is anti-blow out design with PTFE back seat gaskets.
- The valve has PEEK seats alternatively with PTFE. The ball is polished for low friction and has a 25 mm bore.
- The process side is delivered with 2 pcs ½” NPT-F flushing connections, plugged.
- The instrument side is delivered with 2 pcs ¼” NPT-F calibration/flushing connections, plugged.
- The handle has a plastic sleeve for protection.
- The valves are designed for PED 2014/68/EU.
- Size: DN 50, DN 80, DN 100, 2″, 3″, 4″.
- Pressure rating: PN 16 – PN 40, 150 lbs to 300 lbs.
- Connection: Sandwiched between flanges to EN or ASME standard
- Facing: Raised face to EN or ANSI standard
- Material: AISI 316, AISI 317, 22 Cr duplex, 6Mo, Hastelloy C-276, Hastelloy C-22 and titanium.
- Seats: PEEK, pure PTFE or stainless steel filled PTFE
- Temperature: ÷40 to +200 ᵒC
- Operation: 1/4 turn handle, pneumatic actuator.
